3M™ KERRACEL™ Gelling Fiber Dressings contour to the wound bed to minimize dead space where bacteria can live. The dressing sequesters harmful elements that can be found in wound discharge (e.g., bacteria and MMPs), by helping to maintain a damp healing environment but pulling up the bacteria into the gel. They are easy to remove from the wound bed in one piece. Sold as 4 X 5 Inch (10ct. Box), 6 X 6 Inch (50 ct. Case), or 1 X 18 Inch (5 ct. Box).
