Are you a Physician or an Immediate Family Member of a Physician?
Physician means a doctor of medicine or osteopathy, as defined in section 1861(r) of the Social Security Act.
A physician and the professional corporation of which he or she is a sole owner are the same for purposes of this definition.
Immediate family member or member of a physician's immediate family means husband or wife; birth or adoptive parent, child, or sibling; stepparent, stepchild, stepbrother, or stepsister; father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law; grandparent or grandchild; and spouse of a grandparent or grandchild.

Are you, or are you employed by, a provider of diagnostic, preventive, remedial, or therapeutic services
such as a doctor, nurse, hospital, nursing facility, home health agency, hospice, clinic and other

WHAT IS THE APRIADIRECT AFFILIATE PROGRAM AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
ApriaDirect’s Affiliate Program is a marketing service where website owners, bloggers, and other social media influencers can sign up to advertise for us. Affiliates earn a fee for each qualified lead that is directed to our site through special tracking links provided via Impact, a third-party performance marketing platform.
Prospective affiliates apply for the program on ApriaDirect.com and agree to our terms and conditions through the Impact platform. Once accepted, affiliates will have access to a selection of creative content for use in placing links on their websites via banners, text links and other tools or creative elements. When visitors click through to the ApriaDirect website via these links, they will be taken to a landing page that will request a valid email address in exchange for a discount code to shop on ApriaDirect.com.
A valid email address is required in order to qualify a lead and, if a valid email address is submitted, affiliates will be paid $.50 for that lead – which can add up quickly!
Note: Health care industry affiliates are not eligible for pay-per-lead compensation. Instead, upon receipt of their application, they will be contacted by a member of our affiliate program team to further explore and define the service agreement.

WHO CAN BECOME AN APRIADIRECT AFFILIATE?
Any website owner that has a US based viewership is eligible to join the program, subject to the program’s terms and conditions. ApriaDirect does not ship outside of the US.
ARE THERE ANY FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH BECOMING AN AFFILIATE OF APRIADIRECT?
No, there are no charges associated with joining the ApriaDirect affiliate program. It is free to sign up, and free to add banners, widgets and links to your site.

WHAT COMPENSATION DOES THE APRIADIRECT AFFILIATE PROGRAM OFFER?
The affiliate program is primarily a Pay Per Lead program. Affiliates identified as part of the health care industry are compensated via a pre-determined flat fee, covering all services performed for at least one year. Determination of the rate is established through arms-length negotiations prior to qualification.
